Rotate as requiredDemonstrate flexibility as needed by the businessOperate complex manufacturing equipment under supervisionEscalate technical and process issues to the appropriate support groups and leadersProduction Associates must be able to perform a wide array of essential functions across several production and manufacturing lines and work areas, as business needs requireFollow safety guidelines and procedures and demonstrate a high level of professionalismMaintains exemplary attendance and punctuality to scheduled shifts What You'll Bring Demonstrated ability to learn new expertise and adapt to new work environmentsAbility to learn new technologyMust have command of the English language, both written and verbalOpen to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, overnight, and/or weekends as needed as well as potential overtimeAbility to work in a team-oriented production or manufacturing environment, including exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills with your teammatesAbility to maintain a safe and collaborative work environmentAbility to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Essential Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours/dayFrequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs.The able to carry 20 lbs.
