What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Background with payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements
  • Experience reviewing, auditing, and reconciling complex payroll data with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Support payroll-related projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Receive, review, and analyze payroll-related tax notices from federal, state, and local agencies
  • Experience supporting payroll-related audits and workers' compensation reconciliations
  • Draft and maintain clear, detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes
