Key Responsibilities
- 12 weeks Helix Paid Parental Leave option
- Handle special assignments, research queries, ad hoc cross-functional coordination, and periodic corporate housekeeping such as registrations and license filings as directed by the legal group
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and modifications in coordination with business owners and legal counsel
- Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 15% of your annual salary
- Lead or support cross-functional process improvement initiatives where the legal team is a key stakeholder
- Familiarity with IP docketing or outside counsel management
- Coordinate cross-functional review of routine vendor agreements (SaaS, professional services, product purchases, and NDAs), ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and that reviews stay organized and on schedule
- Completed training and familiarity with legal team’s core tools, platforms, and playbooks.
- Familiarity with policies, SOPs, and playbooks applicable to contracting, procurement, and compliance program.

- Prior in-house background at a high-growth startup, digital health, or life sciences organization
