Hey there! We're looking for an awesome FP&A Manager to join our remote crew — and it could be you!

This is a remote FP&A Manager role open to anyone in Johannesburg, Gauteng. It's a full time gig.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range forecasts, budgets, and financial performance reports.
Experience supporting distributor-led markets and commercial sales organizations is highly advantageous.
Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.
Monitor balance sheet accounts, accruals, reserves, and distributor-related balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Act as the primary finance partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Distributor Management, and market leadership teams.
Support internal and external audits and assist with remediation of audit findings.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic business initiatives.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Financial Analysis, or related finance roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Ensure adherence to Abbott financial policies, internal controls, and audit what we're looking for.
Strong track record in both accounting and financial planning & analysis.
