In this hourly, remote engagement, your role involves serve as one of the first points of contact for applicants entering the Toptal network. Your ability to communicate clearly, assess candidates effectively, and create a positive experience will play a key role in maintaining Toptal’s high talent bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Experience working with international candidates
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on screening standards and processes
- Background in recruitment, HR, BPO, or talent operations
- Workload may vary, but you can generally expect up to 8 hours of work per day depending on team needs and your availability
- Capable of commit to a consistent schedule
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience in remote work environments is a plus
- Work under an hourly engagement structure
- Handle multiple screenings per day while maintaining high evaluation standards
- Guide candidates through the screening process and ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Conduct English screening assessments through live interviews and recorded video submissions, evaluating candidates’ English proficiency, professionalism, as well as their overall fit for the Toptal network
