Key Responsibilities
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

- Work-from-home convenience
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- A high school diploma or GED
- Eagerness to learn new technologies

- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Strong computer navigation abilities and PC knowledge
- The base salary range for this position is $15-$17/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage). Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, hands-on history, and competencies.
