Opportunity Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel. Day-to-day your day-to-day include daily communication, training and guiding ballot chasers across the state of Arizona, and volunteers. Key duties also include hiring and building a community of the nation’s most aggressive and highly skilled ballot chasers in recent American history. The Ballot Chase Manager has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Enterprise Director in order to make sure that the staff is happy, successful and well taken care of.
