As an Amazon Warehouse Lead in Fort Worth, TX, you'll guide a small crew of associates through their daily tasks. Your job is to make sure your group is hitting targets, following procedures, and working safely. You are the first point of contact when a unit member has a question or runs into a problem, and you act as a bridge between associates and the shift supervisor.

This is an active, floor-based leadership opportunity — you'll be alongside your team, not sitting in an office. You're expected to monitor output rates, redistribute workloads when needed, and communicate clearly with management about progress and blockers.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Lead include:

• Reporting shift progress and obstacles to the warehouse supervisor
• Prior warehouse background with a track record of strong performance
• Guiding and supporting a group of warehouse associates during each shift
• Clear verbal communication competencies
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Serving as first-line support for associate questions and issues
• Reliability and accountability — your group depends on you showing up and following through
• Reinforcing Amazon’s safety standards and procedures with your unit
• Monitoring productivity metrics and adjusting task assignments as needed
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stay active throughout a full shift
• Be at least 18 years old
